NRG Rising is the world’s first mother and daughters trio to front fresh, world, R&B reggae music, that showcases soulful vocals & soothing harmonies. Based in Hamilton, New Zealand, the descendants from the indigenous tribes of Ngāti Kahungunu, Tūhoe, Ngāti Haua and Ngāti Whātua, NRG Rising's music has two main themes; one of self-determination including messages of belief, strength and understanding, and the other of fun, good times and love. 'From Darkness to Light' is a positive tune, spreading messages of freedom and liberation.
